TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Official Ticket Shop dedicated to the sale of tickets for the OFFLIVE event.

Access to and use of this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, and regulations. By accessing, browsing, and using our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply—without limitation or reservation—with these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them, including any future changes we may make. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site.

1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada (hereinafter referred to simply as “Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada”) reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the site. We invite you to regularly check the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. USE OF THE SITE

  • 2.1 Content: All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada and/or our partners and/or licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • 2.2 License of use: A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted to access and use the site for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
  • 2.3 Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, create derivative works, or otherwise use site content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

3. TICKETS

Through the site, you can purchase tickets for the OFFLIVE event, which will take place at the Vallelunga Circuit from May 8–10, 2026.

To complete a purchase, you must register your details as a buyer.

  • 3.1 Prices: Ticket prices are indicated in Euros and, unless otherwise specified, include all applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • 3.2 Availability: We ensure that all tickets are available at the time of ordering.
  • 3.3 Order confirmation: Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email (to the address provided during registration) with your order details. This email represents acceptance of your order and constitutes a binding contract between you and us. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder.   • 3.4 Electronic tickets: Tickets are electronic (PDF format) and must be downloaded from your account and saved on your device or printed. If printed, do not resize the ticket to avoid making the barcode unreadable.
  • 3.5 Duplication/forgery: Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada is not responsible for any attempts to duplicate or forge tickets. Entry scanners read unique ticket codes, and re-entry using the same code is not permitted.
  • 3.6 Loss/theft/damage: In case of loss, theft, deterioration, or destruction of the ticket, Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada will not replace or reissue it under any circumstances.
  • 3.7 Withdrawal: There is no right of withdrawal, as this is a leisure service provided for a specific date or period (Art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005).
  • 3.8 Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
  • 3.9 Security: Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada, as event organizer, reserves the right to cancel a purchase order if purchase, sale, or banking security requirements are not met. This will be communicated by email, and the amount paid will be fully refunded. Any ticket whose purchase, payment, or access has been disputed is considered invalid. In such cases, a new ticket must be purchased at the applicable event price and conditions to gain entry.

4. GENERAL RULES

  • 4.1 The ticket holder waives any right to claim damages resulting from accidents or harm of any kind related to their presence at the event.
  • 4.2 Access is valid only for the specific event, date, and times indicated on the ticket. The holder must keep the ticket in good condition throughout the event.
  • 4.3 Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets cannot be resold, canceled, or exchanged.
  • 4.4 Anyone attending the event and passing through access points declares they have read all Terms and Conditions related to the purchase, without exception.
  • 4.5 In case of cancellation, even partial, of the event, tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. ACCESS

Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to guests it deems inappropriate, including based on Public Security Authority assessments.

6. EVACUATION

At the end of the event, guests are asked to proceed in an orderly manner to designated emergency exits. No admission or re-admission is allowed before or after the event ends. In the interest of public safety, Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada reserves the right to request that attendees leave the venue, or parts of it, at any time.

7. PERSONAL DATA

  • 7.2 Audio and video recording: Please note that video recordings and photographs will be taken during the event for web dissemination, promotional, communication, and reporting purposes (websites, mass media, social networks, etc.). Federazione Italiana Fuoristrada and others may take photos and record videos in public areas. Ticket holders may not make audio or video recordings during the event except for strictly personal, non-commercial use.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the site. For example (but not limited to), you agree not to:

  • Post defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content
  • Use the site for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the site

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its content, including but not limited to financial losses, data damage, service interruption, or computer system damage.

10. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

Our site may contain links to third-party websites not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your access to and use of the site
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, property, or privacy rights

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will still be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be considered separable without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
